Delete Your MarketVista Account

You can delete your account directly inside the mobile app. MarketVista provides an in-app option for users to request deletion of their account and associated data.

In-app deletion steps

Open the MarketVista mobile app and navigate to Accounts -> Profile -> Delete Account.

Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request.

Alternative request method

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@ksistechnologies.com.

What data will be deleted

  • Your account profile information
  • Your login and authentication data
  • Your app preferences and associated user data

What data may be retained

Certain information may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention, security, or compliance purposes.

Deletion timeline

Once a valid request is received and verified, your account and associated data will be deleted or anonymized within 7 business days, except for data we are required to retain by law.
